How do I open an account with 32Vegas?

When opening an account in the Real Money Mode of our online casino, you will be requested to fill up a registration form, with your personal details (name, address...). This information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share it with any third party or organization.

What do I do if I have forgotten my 32Vegas username and password?

I got the message Account not found. Please verify your account information and try again. Now what do I do?

It is possible that you are trying to enter the DEMO mode of the online casino with a REAL mode username and password or enter a REAL mode game with a DEMO username and password. If you can't log into 32Vegas, please send us your registered name, address, phone number and email to support@32vegas.com and request your online casino username and password.

Where can I find the 32Vegas icon on my computer?

If the 32Vegas icon is not on your desktop and you can t remember where you saved it, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the START menu at the bottom left corner of your screen.
2. Choose Find then Files or Folders .
3. Where is says named , type 32vegas.exe and click Find now .
4. The computer will now search for the file.

If you get a file under the name 32vegas.exe in the bottom window, it means that the file was found. Double click on it to immediately run the online casino or Right click on mouse button and choose Create shortcut to create a shortcut for it on you desktop.

If the computer has finished the search and there is no file name in the window, it means that the 32Vegas file was not found. In this case if you do not have another hard drive (except c:) you will have to repeat the download process at our online casino site.
