As a part of its expansion plans, online casino software provider Playtech has recently signed an intellectual property sublicense agreement with Guardian Gaming Limited ("GG") and Shuffle Master. Thanks to that agreement, the successful gaming software development company founded in 1999 will be able to offer to its licensees several of Shuffle Master’s popular games, including “Three Card Poker”, “Dragon Bonus”, “Let it Ride”, “Ultimate Texas Hold'Em” and “Fortune Pai Gow Poker”. In addition, after signing the deal Playtech has become the first online casino software provider to obtain a sublicense to Shuffle Master Games for online use.

For those of you who are not familiar with it, Shuffle Master specializes in providing casinos with automatic card shufflers, roulette chip sorters and intelligent table system modules in order to make their businesses much more profitable and secure. Guardian Gaming Limited, at the other hand, commercializes casino games into the online gambling industry, using exclusive license from the original owners of the game.

"We are delighted to have reached this agreement, which will certainly place us in the unique position of being the online gaming software provider for the Shuffle Master online casino” said Mor Weizer, Chief Executive Officer of Playtech, after completing the deal. “In addition, I think that this agreement reflects the quality of our software platforms” he added. As Weizer stated, there’s no doubt that this latest cooperation will only strengthen this already very popular online casino software provider, reinforcing it as one of the clear leaders in this very competitive field.
